The fundamentals of effective downwind sailing, including communication and boat handling. The emphasis throughout is on practical learning, building confidence and developing strong teamwork on board.

This session is suitable for all skill levels. It's ideal for crews who are new to spinnaker sailing and want to understand the basics, as well as more experienced crews looking to perfect hoists, drops, and overall coordination.
