This is for the the briefing prior to the rally, this will cover logistics, communications etc. It will cover marinas and moorings, it will also cover dinner and drinks arrangements.

We will look at pasage planning and weather conditions and review safety measures.

COMMUNICATIONS : Please use VHF 72 and BMYC Cruising Watsapp for communications during the event.

EMERGENCIES: In case of emergency please follow normal protocols with recource to VHF 16 Coastguard or telephone 999 for emergency services.

This ticket secures your place in the rally. This will also ensure a booking is made on your behalf at the marina.
You will be liable for checking in yourself as normal with the marina, you will be liabel for the normal fees payable at the marina.
Where possible, we will secure rally discounts for you. When we are in a Premier Marina you will be able to use your Premier Marina (inclusive free) days from your annual (40 ) allowance if you have any left
