Notice is hereby given that:
- The 47th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
- of the Brighton Marina Yacht Club Limited
will be held on 24th January 2027, commencing at 15.00 hours in the clubhouse.

Any Members' Nominations for office, in addition to or in competition with those of the board should be made, by email and in accordance with Articles, by 27th December 2026.
The Board will put no unusual Resolutions to the Meeting. Any Members' requests for Resolutions to be put to the Meeting should be made by email and in accordance with the Articles by 27th December 2026.

Nominations for Officers should be directed to the email address AGM@bmyc.uk with the subject line `Nominations'. The email must include your full name and membership number as well as details of your Proposer and Seconder as per the Articles. Nominations must be received by 27th December 2026
Resolutions
Requests for Resolutions should be directed to the email address AGM@bmyc.uk with the subject line `Resolutions'. The email must include your full name and membership number and other details as required by the Articles. Requests for Resolutions must be received by 22nd December 2025
